Sunfiber® is a white free-flowing powder It is available in several grades to suit various application. Sunfiber® is completely soluble in water and has a low viscosity. Sunfiber® viscosity in water is not influenced by pH. Sunfiber® viscosity in water is not influenced by NaCI. Sunfiber® is stable in acidic conditions at room temperature. Sunfiber® has a lower degree of browning than isomerised sugars.
